Ingredients:
- 4–5 fresh amla fruits (or 2–3 tbsp amla powder if fresh isn’t available)
- 1 cup water
- Optional: a pinch of black salt, ginger, or honey (avoid sugar)
Method (with fresh amla):
- Wash amla thoroughly.
- Cut into small pieces and remove the seeds.
- Blend with 1 cup water until smooth.
- Strain using a muslin cloth or fine sieve to extract the juice.
- Dilute with water (since pure amla juice is very strong and sour).
